We have a great opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator with one of our most respected clients located in the Houston area. The Recruiting Coordinator will be assisting Recruiters in posting job requisitions, sourcing resumes, pre-screening candidates and scheduling interviews. This is a contract opportunity. The salary for this position is $14 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team
* Work alongside HR Coordinators/Analysts
* Partner with hiring managers for the full recruiting process
* Posting positions
* Sourcing resumes
* Entering applications into tracking system
* Prescreening candidates via phone
* Scheduling interviews
* Facilitating new hire orientations/on-boarding procedures
* Verifying compliance documents - I-9 and W4
* Processing background checks & drug screens
* Additional duties and special HR projects as needed
Compentencies:
· MUST have 2-3 years of Corporate Recruiting Coordinating experience
· MUST have experience in communicating with hiring managers for feedback, start dates, and scheduling interiviews
· Ability to handle multi-tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work well independently as well as with a team
· Excellent attention to details
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent Organizational skills
· Good computer skills
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a PLUS, but not required
· Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Software Skills:
· Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience a PLUS (Taleo, UltiPro, etc.)
· HRIS Systems experience a PLUS, but not required (SAP, PeopleSoft, ADP HRB, etc.)
