Ajilon Finance has partnered with a growing company in their search for a Corporate Controller. This individual will be responsible for financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, including SEC 10-K & 10-Q reports; oversight of period close processes, A/P & A/R, and Payroll; managing SOX 404 compliance; coordinating the external audit; tax reporting; technical accounting issues such as FAS123R and FIN48; and supervision of staff, among other things.

Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience and be an active CPA. Prior experience in a Controller role is required, and Big 4 audit experience is highly favored. Also, experience with a public company, Sarbanes-Oxley, and SEC reporting is very desirable. Strong leadership and communication skills are also needed.
