Who is America’s Next Top Administrative Professional?

At the 16th Annual Administrative Professionals Conference, Ajilon Professional Staffing presented the winners of this year’s “America’s Next Top Administrative Professional” contest.
The contest was founded as a way to recognize the hard work and significance of today’s administrative professionals.

Our finalists were chosen from more than 100 entries and met some very high criteria. All three:

Our two runners-up:
Rhonda Allen is a 26-year employee at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis where she currently serves the Operations Quality Assurance Manager. Regardless of her title or job description, Rhonda goes above and beyond to ensure the museum is functioning in a manner supportive of its mission – to “create extraordinary learning experiences that have the power to transform the lives of children and families.”
Michelle Foster has been an Executive Assistant at Sutter Health for the past six years, during which she has been consistently promoted. She is currently supporting two of the top executives for Sutter Health in addition to multiple subcommittees of the Board of Trustees. With her ability, motivation and positive attitude, Michelle is well-respected by colleagues at all levels of the organization.
And the winner of the “America’s Next Top Administrative Professional” contest is:
Trina Pitcher a Lead Administrator at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), she provides administrative support to the Technical Group manager, more than 40 scientists and engineers, and several research project teams.
Thanks to her technical expertise, professionalism, confidence and helpfulness, Trina is highly valued, respected and sought after by managers, technical staff and administrative colleagues! She is an expert at time management and multi-tasking, consistently jumping in when needed and always impressing with her efforts. In 2007, Trina’s leadership and effective mentoring skills earned her the title of PNNL Administrator of the Year.
