The modern workplace is marked by increased diversity. One aspect of that diversity often unwisely overlooked is generational. Some workforces may include members from as many as four generations all of whom have diverging views on work, life, the relationship between the two and the purpose of each. The failure to fully involve and integrate every cohort can create discontent, dissension and discord: “a workforce divided against itself cannot stand.” How does one effectively manage such a team? This webinar’s purpose is to help answer that question.

Some of the main points covered are:

Make Way for Millennials – they now make up nearly 50% of the workforce, and by 2025, they will make up 75% of the workforce. They require a different type of leadership.

Consider the Costs – failure to fully integrate all the generations on your team can lead to higher turnover and a damaged brand reputation. This can adversely affect your organization's bottom line.

Different Strokes for Different Folks – every person is unique. Age demographic doesn’t totally determine an individual’s disposition, but it does play a critical part. The generational context into which someone was born and raised greatly informs their outlook and provides insight into how he or she views the world. It also determines which leadership styles are most effective.
