We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Account Manager. This position offers fast growth and commission!

Your job duties will include:

  • Act as main point of contact for clients and customers
  • Speaking with clients and airlines to resolve repair damages
  • Provide customer service support to companies and clients
  • Log and update claims into internal system for tracking purposes
  • Answer phones, email correspondence, and fax
  • Data Entry

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Team player
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Be able to work multi-line telephone system
  • Great attention to detail
