Ajilon is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Plano area (75024). This job is an onsite direct hire opportunity. The ideal candidate has a background in administrative/ executive support, communicates effectively, is professional, and manages their time efficiently to prioritize tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming calls and directs the caller to the appropriate person
  • Assists in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, events, etc.
  • Responsible for ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
  • Maintains the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Provides administrative services and support to all staff as requested

  • Requirements: 

  • At least 3 years of administration assistant experience (executive support experience highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize work
  • Hours:

  • M-F; 8-5
  •
