Job Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant job in New York, NY:

  • Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate person
  • Schedule conference rooms and maintain each conference room
  • Greet guests at front entrance 
  • Ensure office supplies are fully stocked
  • Send out mail and make sure incoming mail gets to correct person
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

Job Qualifications:

  • BA/BS from 4-year college/university
  • 1+ years of experience in professional services
  • Positive attitude!
