Ajilon is hiring a Receptionist for a one month plus job in Brookline, MA. This reception and office assistant will greet visitors, respond to incoming phone calls and assist with administrative duties. This is a great opportunity to work with a national title company! Pay rate is $16.00 per hour
Greets visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties.
Assist with other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
Takes messages for department personnel.
Provides callers with company information as needed.
May also assist with other clerical duties such as mail sorting and overnight packages.
Skills and Qualifications:
Professional customer-service approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Experience with mail merges would be helpful, but not required.
Possible if the office is slow: Uploading and minor edits to pictures of homes into the MLS system.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Employment Type: Temporary, 40 hours a week, On-site
