Ajilon is seeking an Administrative Assistant in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, strong organization, and exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Anyone with previous HR experience - onboarding, benefit enrollment, payroll - is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Handling inbound phone calls, as well as routing them to the correct departments
Assisting Human Resources with benefits for Open Enrollment, updating compliance, some light recruiting, and onboarding
Filing paperwork
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience
Previous experience with HR is a plus
Ability to multitask
Strong communication
Organizational skills
