We are currently looking to hire a Financial Aid & Enrollment Coordinator for a client of ours located in Berkeley. This position is non-exempt, full time, offering full benefits. This position will be supporting a couple of directors in the financial aid department so prior administrative experience is a must!
Location: Berkeley – onsite required with 1 day work from home option.
Manage front desk, office visitors and respond to phone calls as needed
Respond to email inquiries
General office work- data entry, scanning, faxing, filing
Assist with special projects as needed
Assist with recruitment, orientation, and other admission related events and activities as needed
Manage department webpages and newsletter
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3 years of administrative experience a must
Must be proficient with Microsoft office and Teams
Education or non profit background a plus
