Ajilon is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a company located in North Phoenix. This is a full time position paying $16.00-$17.00 per hour depending on experience. 


Job Functions:

  • Customer Service Telephone Responsibilities.  Responsible for answering four telephone lines and routing calls accordingly for the company.  Telephone work is light to moderate.
  • Managing general voicemail box for the company.
  • Responsible for inputting sales including initial request, payment and shipping daily.
  • Process credit card charges and payments.
  • Create Invoices & Purchase Orders in QuickBooks.
  • Create End-of-Day Reports & End-of-Month Reports in Excel.
  • Maintain Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Maintain Database/Data Entry 
  • Responsible for maintaining weekly inventory count and restocking shelves/inventory.
  • Responsible for working closely with customers, and maintaining good working relationships.
  • Responsible for Stocking and Ordering Office Supplies.
  • Professional Writing and Communication Skills – Draft Emails, Letters and General Correspondence.
  • Event Planning
  • Arrange Business Travel for various events throughout the year.
  • Calendar and Contact Management
  • Create and Manage PowerPoint Presentations and Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Special Projects, as assigned.



  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of administrative experience or equivalent work related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • QuickBooks and Adobe Suite preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
