Ajilon is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a company located in North Phoenix. This is a full time position paying $16.00-$17.00 per hour depending on experience.
- Customer Service Telephone Responsibilities. Responsible for answering four telephone lines and routing calls accordingly for the company. Telephone work is light to moderate.
- Managing general voicemail box for the company.
- Responsible for inputting sales including initial request, payment and shipping daily.
- Process credit card charges and payments.
- Create Invoices & Purchase Orders in QuickBooks.
- Create End-of-Day Reports & End-of-Month Reports in Excel.
- Maintain Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Maintain Database/Data Entry
- Responsible for maintaining weekly inventory count and restocking shelves/inventory.
- Responsible for working closely with customers, and maintaining good working relationships.
- Responsible for Stocking and Ordering Office Supplies.
- Professional Writing and Communication Skills – Draft Emails, Letters and General Correspondence.
- Event Planning
- Arrange Business Travel for various events throughout the year.
- Calendar and Contact Management
- Create and Manage PowerPoint Presentations and Excel Spreadsheets.
- Special Projects, as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of administrative experience or equivalent work related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- QuickBooks and Adobe Suite preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
