Ajilon is conducting interviews on behalf of a small property management company in Gilbert. This company is in search of an administrative assistant to join their team. This position is IN OFFICE from day one.
This job will sit at the front desk of the office, so you will be responsible for answering phones and getting any foot traffic that comes into the office. While this job is primarily Monday-Friday, you will have to work Saturdays every other quarter.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Communicate with homeowners and vendors via phone and email
Act as the gatekeeper for those seeking time with executives and managers
Follow-up Dispatch emergency service team members
Input and update CRM with customer information
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of administrative support
Previous customer service a must!
Team player with strong organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Strong computer skills including experience using Excel, and MS Word.
