Ajilon is in search of a bilingual Spanish temporary to hire administrative assistant with Advance Excel skills (Pivots, Vlookups, and Macros). You will be responsible for helping with overall office functions including multiple phone lines, filing, and assisting with any requested projects. Work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations
High Data Entry
Answering and transferring phone calls to the appropriate department
Maintain levels of supplies as requested/required
Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages and courier deliveries
File, scan, and fax
- Associates Degree or higher is a MUST
- MUST be bilingual Spanish
- 2+ years most recent receptionist/administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft
- Must be Advance in Excel (Pivots, Vlookups, Macros)
- Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS
- Positive upbeat attitude!
