- Work closely with project managers and subcontractors
- Responsible for processing subcontractor insurance
- Order office supplies and lunch as needed
- Distribute mail and mail packages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- CMiC and Bluebeam software experience a plus!
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
- Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- 40 hours a week
