                                                Administrative Assistant

 We are looking for an organized administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate would have excellent organizational skills, be able to multi-task and have experience in providing administrative support.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare basic reports
  • Compose written and electronic correspondences regarding office updates
  • Assist in mail distribution
  • Oversee ordering of office supplies and assist in inventory control
  • Maintain accurate company files
  • Provide additional project support to leadership as needed
  • Assist in the planning of office celebrations and events

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ months experience providing clerical/administrative support 
  • Excellent customer service
  • Able to work well with a team in an environment and be flexible in regards to projects
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • A commitment to supporting the office culture and the team
