Ajilon is looking for a reliable candidate with great organizational skills for an Administrative Assistant in Edison, NJ. The position is temp to perm, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. What you will be doing:

  • Filing, organizing
  • Data entry within quickbooks with monthly billing
  • Coordinate office maintenance
  • Answer phones, emails
  • Work within Excel
  • Conducting reseach
  • Other administrative tasks as needed


  • Prior Administrative experience
  • Comfortable within Excel – data entry
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Able to work alone
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great multitasker
