Administrative Assistant
 
The Administrative Assistant is the go-to for all office operations! Ajilon is currently working with a client located near Hamilton, New Jersey to hire an Administrative Assistant. This is a contract to hire position with starting hourly pay between $17.00-22.00. This is a great role to make an impact in an office setting and strengthen your organization skills.  
 
Responsibilities:
  • Greet all guests and notify employees of arrivals
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls and answer questions
  • Respond to email requests and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage calendars and arrange conference rooms prior to meetings to avoid conflicts
  • Order office supplies and track inventory
  • Assist with coordinating travel and reservations
  • Generate reports as needed
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of relevant office/administrative experience   
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Education:
  • High school Diploma required
Compensation:
$17.00-22.00/hour
