- Route incoming telephone calls to recipients and take detailed messages when necessary.
- Scheduling appointments and keeping an organized calendar.
- File, scan, email documents as needed.
- Maintain office supplies, along with receiving any deliveries.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Minimum of Associates required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience learning processes, procedures and software quickly and independently
- Must be accurate and timely in production of requested material and meet assignment deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
