Responsibilities:
Answer and transfer all phone calls
Manage calendars and appointments including conference room
Organize and distribute mail including packages
Order office supplies
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office Suite
Friendly demeanor
Keen attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Experience:
1-2 years of administrative experience required
Construction Experience Required
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-Hire
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
