Ajilon is seeking a Administrative Assistant for a contract-hire position with a construction client in Barberton Ohio. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and transfer all phone calls
  • Manage calendars and appointments including conference room
  • Organize and distribute mail including packages
  • Order office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Friendly demeanor
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience required
  • Construction Experience Required 
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-Hire

    Work Hours: 40 hours per week

    Pay-$17
