Do you have office experience and possess a fresh & upbeat attitude? Do you have experience in, or an interest in, work as an Administrative Assistant? Ajilon is partnering with a local agency to find an Administrative Assistant. This position is ideal for someone with some AA experience, and a great desire to grow in their career. This position is temp to hire and located just south of Portland. 


Your day-to-day will look like: 

  • Managing incoming calls
  • Scheduling/Booking Meetings
  • Some onboarding
  • Data Entry
  • Stocking kitchen and office supplies
  • What you bring:

  • 1-2 years Office Management and/or Administrative Assistant Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • Professional communication 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
