In this contract position you will be providing quality service to clients and supporting the team to attain their professional goals. You will be ideal if you can manage deadlines and love providing support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the reception area by greeting guests, routing phone calls to the appropriate parts, and distributing mail
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference calls for management
- Scheduling conference rooms along with catering orders and setting up the conference rooms
- Coordinating travel plans for team members
- Maintaining the client database
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
