- Answer and transfer incoming calls
- Provide support for various departments and staff members
- Greet visitors and clients as they enter the office
- Coordinate and maintain calendar and meetings
- Create monthly expense reports
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of relevant office experience
$14.00-$17.00/hr based on experience
