Administrative Assistant

Ajilon is proactively recruiting for one of our top clients for an Administrative Assistant job in the downtown Pittsburgh, PA area. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support for different departments and staff, scheduling meetings, and maintaining reports and files. If you have a high attention to detail and would like to grow within a company this job is for you!

  • Answer and transfer incoming calls
  • Provide support for various departments and staff members
  • Greet visitors and clients as they enter the office
  • Coordinate and maintain calendar and meetings
  • Create monthly expense reports


  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office- Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Bachelor’s Degree



  • 1-2 years of relevant office experience



$14.00-$17.00/hr based on experience
