Ajilon is working with a client in Philadelphia, PA that is seeking an Administrative Assistant. You will monitor incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, assist with employee travel arrangements and maintain employee files. As the perfect candidate, you will be organized, detail oriented and have a positive, can-do spirit.
- Arranging conferences and meetings and coordinating travel reservations for company president
- Greeting visitors and callers, handling their inquiries and directing them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
- Assisting the Marketing team with special projects
- Conducting lab work for the Research and Development team
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to multitask with excellent time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
