Accounting Administrative Assistant

  • Organize and file documents and client files
  • Administrative tasks
  • Generating reports
  • Utilizing Excel at its maximum capacity 
  • Must be able to multi task
  • Primary Receptionist
  • Primary for Administrative support 
  • Primary for Admin support for Operations Manager
  • Primary for Office supply procurement
  • Primary for Mail management
  • Back-up to provide administrative support to Marketing group
  • Back-up for other Admins
  • Back-up support to arrange educational seminars and events
  • Coordinating lunches
  • Working with vendors
  • Set up conference rooms 
  • Manage switchboard 
  • Skills:

  • Must be detail oriented
  • Technically savvy
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a role requiring administrative support

    Compensation: 16-18/hour

    Employment Type: Contract to Hire

    Work Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm
