Our client is seeking a savvy administrative professional with prior experience to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the front desk, so professionalism and communication are key in this role.
- Manage front desk by answering phones and greeting clients
- Maintain schedule for conference rooms
- Manage office supplies
- Assist with tax return deliveries
- Provide administrative support to team
- Manage office and associate's calendars
Required Skills and Education:
- You should be a highly organized, detail-oriented person with good follow-up and communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- At least 3 years of administrative experience
Schedule: Full Time, 40 Hours/Week
Contract Length: 4 months
Pay: $15-17/hour, depending on experience
