Administrative Assistant position in Downtown Seattle!

Ajilon is seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join the team at our healthcare clients Downtown Seattle office. The company has been a member of the Seattle community for over 20 years and are looking to add to their quickly growing team! Responsibilities: 

  • Greet all incoming guests to the office and as they depart
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings and other gatherings
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct to the correct point of contact 
  • Manage travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, as well as hotel and restaurant reservations
  • Handle general office duties such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering necessary supplies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience is required
  • Must have prior knowledge supporting a group and or a direct individual 
  • Previous experience with calendaring,scheduling and coordinating 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Basic Microsoft office skills like Word preferred

Pay: $17-19

Type: Contract to hire
