Ajilon is working with a client who is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Pennsauken, NJ.  As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling reception and administrative duties, including being the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, handling general inquiries, managing calendars and company travel, as well as other administrative support duties.



  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Offer direction to visitors both in-person and on the phone
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare meeting and training rooms
  • Arrange company travel and accommodations
  • Requirements:

  • Associate’s or bachelors degree in related field; Certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Proven work experience as an administrator or in a related field
  • Prior experience booking travel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communications skills
