If you are in search of an immediate new job opportunity, we may have a role for you! Ajilon is partnering with a global logistics company to hire an Administrative Clerk. This company has consistently seen an influx in new business, and therefore needs a great candidate to support their brokerage team. In this role you will help with clerical tasks to ensure there is not a backlog of files in their system. Our client is offering a fully remote position, $17 an hour, and they will provide a computer for you! This is a temp to hire position with the opportunity to turn into a permanent role.



  • Loading documents into the correct files
  • Running scripts to connect documents to files
  • Prepping files for processing
  • Providing general support to the brokerage team for various tasks
  • Using CRM software to ensure work is done in a timely manner

    We are looking for:

  • 1+ experience in administrative or data entry work
  • The ability to multitask throughout the day
  • A self-starter and motivated individual
  • Light experience with Excel
