This company has consistently seen an influx in new business, and therefore needs a great candidate to support their brokerage team. In this role you will help with clerical tasks to ensure there is not a backlog of files in their system. Our client is offering a fully remote position, $17 an hour, and they will provide a computer for you! This is a temp to hire position with the opportunity to turn into a permanent role.
Responsibilities
Loading documents into the correct files
Running scripts to connect documents to files
Prepping files for processing
Providing general support to the brokerage team for various tasks
Using CRM software to ensure work is done in a timely manner
We are looking for:
1+ experience in administrative or data entry work
The ability to multitask throughout the day
A self-starter and motivated individual
Light experience with Excel
