Ajilon is looking for an Administrative Specialist who has over 3 years of administrative experience for a contract position for a client located in Philadelphia! - Handle multiple inbound calls a day
- Arrange travel for VP of company
- Creating and developing presentations, letters, memos, and graphs using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proofread copy for spelling, grammar and layout
- Support the Human resources department with any paper work needed
- Scheduling and organizing activities such as onsite and offsite meetings, travel and conferences
- Help facilitate and organize workshops / meetings / trainings, including document preparation, copying and distribution
- 3 + years of administrative or office experience
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- High School Diploma Required
Work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Compensation: $16-19 Hr
