Ajilon is seeking a Administrative Support Specialist for a client in the Milwaukee area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Generate and process purchase orders
  • Maintain communication via email with customers and third party vendors
  • Choose proper routing appropriate to the customer’s needs
  • Handle export freight files and documentation
  • Work with Logistics Manager and Shipping to provide rates and routings
  • Negotiate cost-effective rates with carriers and vendors
  • Identify alternative routings or carriers when needed
  • Coordinate with sales and operations department to ensure follow-up
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies
  • Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of related experience in manufacturing/logistics  
  • Detail orientated
  • Problem solver
  • Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
