Administrative/Customer Support Positions in Jacksonville, FL

Ajilon Staffing specializes in placing experienced administrative and customer support candidates in positions which include Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative and Executive Assistant.  Our clients offer competitive benefits which include flexible schedules, healthcare insurance, wellness programs, up to 20 days of PTO as well as casual environments. 

Required Experience Includes:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Handling domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Performing administrative tasks in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Creating expense reports in Concur
  • Greeting customers and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintaining front office organization and stocking office supplies
  • Assisting with mailing, accepting, sorting and distributing mail/packages
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills is a plus (Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUPs, Creating Graphs)
