Ajilon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work 100 % on-site with our client in the Healthcare Industry located in Federal Way, WA. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for direct hire upon successful completion of contract.
The Customer Service Representative responsible for all aspects of customer care: resolving complaints, assist with billing concerns, distribute calls to specific departments, and document meticulously in the system of record. The ideal candidate has 1 years of recent call center experience, enjoys providing excellent customer service, and takes pride in being able to turn an angry customer into a happy one!
Answer inbound calls and emails
Document conversations in software system
Assist accounting with billing
Make follow-up outbound calls and emails
Skills and Abilities Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills – MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP
Ability to deal with angry or frustrated customers, or customers who may not fully understand their situation
1+ years of inbound Call Center experience
Healthcare experience preferred
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $16.44 per hour
