Benefits and Leave Administrator

                Ajilon is partnering with a large, well established healthcare company in the West Valley to find their next Benefits and Leave Administrator. This is a temporary-to-hire, permanent position. Ideally candidates will have 3+ years’ experience in a benefits and/or leave specialist role. The main 3 components of this job will be updating and improving the current leave system, tracking and maintaining enrollment data in the HRIS system, and for ensuring benefit and leave compliance with the company’s policies and protocols by conducting regular audits. Job responsibilities include:

  • Generating and distributing benefits materials such as enrollment and wellness communications
  • Tracking employee enrollment data in the HRIS system as well as with insurance carriers
  • Overseeing the COBRA program as well as leave administration
  • Ensuring compliance with company’s policies and protocols as well as state and federal laws


Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain employee confidentially
  • Previous experience working in high-volume role
