Bilingual Client Support Representative Job in San Diego, CA

Ajilon is working with a financial services company in La Mesa, and they are expanding their client support team! This is a great opportunity to get in with a growing organization that offers a fun, team-oriented environment, and highly values promoting from within. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong passion for customer service and will be eager to learn and grow. This is a temporary to direct hire position, and the pay will be $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include:
- Handling 30-50 inbound calls from participants and third-party administrators
- Conducting outbound calls to follow up on voicemails and emails
- Communicating with clients and customers to update information
- Assisting clients with questions and inquiries
- Reviewing and confirming information with customers
- Reviewing financial documents such as paystubs and bank statements
- Documenting all discussed cases and creating tickets in CRM
- Other customer service and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Financial services industry experience highly preferred  
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
