Ajilon is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in Phoenix, Arizona. These are full time positions starting at $15.50+ per hour. 

 

Duties

• Answer incoming calls and direct to correct party. (both in Spanish and English).  

• Maintain accurate databases using multiple screens 

• Data entry

• Ability to listen to and understand customer issues (both in Spanish and English) and respond appropriately.

• Create, respond and follow-up to customer care emails.

• Create and verify account information.

• Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals.
