Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Ajilon is partnering with a premiere legal company to fill their open Bilingual Customer Service Representative job in Aurora, CO. To qualify, you must possess at least one year of recent, relevant experience in a call center environment and you MUST be fully bilingual in Spanish. Our client is one of the most well-known and respected legal companies in Colorado. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity. Strong performers are typically converted into permanent employees after just 4-5 weeks! After training, you will have the option to work REMOTELY while COVID-19 restrictions are in place. You will earn $17.00 per hour in this TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity.
Responsibilities:
-Answering a high volume of incoming calls
-Scheduling appointments
-Calling back prospective clients
-Gathering and verifying data
-Entering and maintaining information in the database
-Providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
-At least one year of recent, relevant experience in a call center environment
-Fluency in Spanish REQUIRED
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
-Excellent customer service skills
-The ability to manage a high volume of calls
-The ability to work effectively in a team setting
