Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Ajilon is partnering with a premiere marketing company to fill their open Bilingual Customer Service Representative role in Madison, WI. To qualify, you must possess at least one year of recent, relevant experience providing excellent customer service in a call center environment and you MUST be fully bilingual in Spanish. Our client is a large, national company. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn $17.50 per hour. Once you are a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
-Answering and transferring a high volume of calls
-Confirming and updating customer information in the database
-Providing solutions to customer problems and documenting all interactions in the database
-Escalating calls to managers when appropriate
-All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:
-At least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role in a call center environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-The ability to work efficiently in a team environment
-Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
