The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for reaching out to patients and getting them scheduled for medical appointments.
Assists medical case managers with case status
Provides customer support services to patients, case managers, and providers
Schedules medical appointments
Type and proofreads reports and correspondences
Manage and organize client files
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Proficient with MS Office including Excel spreadsheets
High School Diploma
