Ajilon is currently seeking a bilingual HR Manager (Vietnamese or Chinese) for a Food & Beverage company in Kent, WA. This is an on-site 3-month long contract role.

Responsible for employee relations and administrative duties.
Create and execute employee development programs.
Manage recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, onboarding, and creating offer letters.
Lead new hire onboarding including Form I-9 and E-verify process, employee orientation, and maintain employee personnel files.
Maintain an accurate HRIS program and participate in the implementation of new ADP system.
Maintain and update employee data and enter information into company systems.
Assist employees regarding benefit claims and plan changes while maintaining confidentiality.
Maintain knowledge of federal and WA state employment law and compliance requirements.
Minimum 2+ years HR Generalist experience
Experience working with hourly employees in a manufacturing environment
Bilingual in Vietnamese OR Chinese
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Outstanding communication, diplomacy, and dependability
Experience working with a diverse workforce
Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge of ADP Workforce Now for Payroll processing
