Are you an experienced bilingual HR Generalist who wants to create a great work environment for your organization’s employees?

Ajilon is currently seeking a bilingual HR Manager (Vietnamese or Chinese) for a Food & Beverage company in Kent, WA. This is an on-site 3-month long contract role.

  • Responsible for employee relations and administrative duties.
  • Create and execute employee development programs.
  • Manage recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, onboarding, and creating offer letters.
  • Lead new hire onboarding including Form I-9 and E-verify process, employee orientation, and maintain employee personnel files.
  • Maintain an accurate HRIS program and participate in the implementation of new ADP system.
  • Maintain and update employee data and enter information into company systems. 
  • Assist employees regarding benefit claims and plan changes while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintain knowledge of federal and WA state employment law and compliance requirements.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years HR Generalist experience
  • Experience working with hourly employees in a manufacturing environment
  • Bilingual in Vietnamese OR Chinese
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Requirements

  • Outstanding communication, diplomacy, and dependability
  • Experience working with a diverse workforce
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge of ADP Workforce Now for Payroll processing
