Ajilon has partnered with a growing food manufacturer in the Kenosha, WI area and they are looking to add a Bilingual Recruiter to their established organization.  This is a Direct Hire opportunity.  You will be responsible for the research, development, and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization.  This role will require high volume recruitment for plant production and corporate roles. 

 

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of high-volume recruitment experience within the manufacturing industry.  Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required. A Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.  Must have prior recruiting experience with a mid-sized company and comfortable in a hands-on role recruiting for an hourly employee pool in a plant and corporate environment.  This is an exceptional opportunity for you to learn and grow within a highly productive and growing organization.  You will receive a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Recruiting for high volume plant production positions and corporate opportunities. 
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria for open positions.
  • Identifies and implements effective and efficient recruitment strategies based on the role, industry standards, competitor analysis, and needs of the organization.
  • Posts positions on job boards and advertises opportunities across various social media platforms.
  • Screens applications, conducts interviews, and often attends panel interviews with the hiring manager and other leadership involved in the hiring process.
  • Collaborates with human resources during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, and start dates.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attends college career fairs, industry networking events, and local community events to help attract talent.

    Experience: 

  • A minimum of three years of high-volume recruitment experience. 
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish.
  • Prior union experience is extremely helpful.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and compliance programs (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, EEO regulations, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ADP Workforce Now.
  •  

    Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.  
  •  

    Industry:

  • Previous manufacturing industry experience.
  • Previous recruiting experience with a mid-sized company and comfortable in a hands-on role recruiting for an hourly employee pool in a plant and corporate environment.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
