A company in South Phoenix is looking for a grade A+ customer service representative with a billing twist. You will be handling mostly incoming calls and answering billing questions and taking orders. Business casual office that cares most about quality customer service calls rather than how many you take.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to use dual or multiple screens
  • Handle incoming calls on a dialer system
  • At least one year call center experience (2 years+ preferred)
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to answer billing questions
  • Take orders for client accounts

 

Hours 9am-6:30pm

Pay rate: $15-$18 an hour (depending on experience).
