Our client near Downers Grove is looking for a Call Center Associate on a temporary basis.
Place 150+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents, on behalf of our client colleges/universities, to educate them about then company and answer questions, in a team-driven call center environment.
Collect enrollment updates from college-bound families, by asking them questions to help determine their interest in both the program and school offering it.
Guide students and parents through the process of accepting their awards.
Check in on enrolled students, to remind them about the program, answer questions, and identify any issues that may lead to them dropping out of college.
Associate’s degree or higher, with 3+ years customer service experience required
Call center, financial aid and/or student service experience preferred
Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
Comfort working in a call-center environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English-Spanish bilingual a plus)
Attention to detail and accuracy
