Ajilon is searching for a Call Center Quality Assurance Representative for our client based in the Parsippany, NJ area. This role involves using call monitoring tools to evaluate a team of call center agents.
The ideal candidate has previous QA experience in a call center environment and is familiar with scoring representative based on metrics. This individual must understand the company's policies and collaborate with management to train employees.
Review recorded conversations and measure employee performance based on metrics
Collaborates with management to identify employees that need additional training and development
Analyzes data trends form recordings to identify areas of company improvement
Ensure compliance with company standards
2+ years of call center experience
Strong customer service and telephone communication skills
Experience in a QA role required
Strong technical skills, specifically Word and Excel
Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Employment Type: Contract-to-hire, full-time
