Answering incoming phone calls from customers regarding service or new orders
Order entry and process payments
Provide information about products and services
Cancel or upgrade accounts
Placing follow up calls as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
Scheduling service for customers
Other duties as needed

What you will be responsible for daily:
For consideration, here’s what you need:
At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
Must be a self-started and work well under minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Fast and accurate typing WPM/data entry
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Full-time Monday-Friday; Required open availability-some shifts start as early as 8:00am and some shifts go as late as 11:00pm (schedules come out 2 weeks in advance to allow for planning/scheduling personal life).
Contract position $16hr.
