We are looking for a Call Center Representative for a client located in West Palm Beach, FL

The Call Center Representative will be in charge of handling high volume inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries/leads.  This requires having strong multi-tasking skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls from prospective clients for the purpose of scheduling an appointment with a Product Specialist interested in impact window and doors
  • Outbound calling in response to home shows other lead sources
  • Outbound calling to potential prospects that require additional follow-up (rehash)
  • Schedule appointments for Product Specialist based on prospect location and product knowledge
  • Answer any questions the prospect may have prior to setting an appointment
  • Assist Product Specialist when appointments need to be re-scheduled
  • Requirements:

  • Friendly and cheerful personality while being persistent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service related field
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Computer proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and iOS/android
  • Sales Force experience preferred, but not required
  • Problem solver that works well under pressure
  • Professional and presentable
  • Available for work Mon-Fri with some Saturdays/Sundays, as well as evening hours
  • Reliable transportation
  • This is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with a salary of $35,000 annually (plus benefits).
