We are looking for someone who has at least 3-4 years of banking background. You will be required to manage at least 90 inbound calls per day, therefore previous call center experience is required. Answer a high volume of inbound calls
Address questions pertaining to missing direct deposits, lost or stolen cards, fees, etc.
Make notes on customer profiles
At least 3 years of call center experience
Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
You must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and have attention to detail
Must have proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
