A well known company in the fuel industry is looking for a customer service rep to join their call center. This company is open seven days a week, 24/7 due to the nature of the business, so you MUST be flexible regarding work schedule, weekends included. Due to COVID, this job will most likely start off on a remote basis, but can quickly transition back into their office. 

In this job, you will fulfill the day-to-day requirements of managed services for a number of customers at all stages of their life-cycles, liaising with both internal and external teams. You will be answering a high volume of phone calls from various parts of the US and Canada, and providing support regarding fuel orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in placing orders, or troubleshooting issues they may be having
  • Be responsible for and liaise with internal teams in connection with deliverables to customers
  • Work with internal groups to set appropriate levels of expectations with clients
  • Assist in understanding customer initiatives around response and share best practices
  • Skills/Experience Required:

  • At least one year of call center experience
  • 2+ years of CSR experience
  • Exceptional computer literacy
  • Ability to consistently complete assignments accurately and on time
  • Ability to collaborate with others to achieve goals
  • Self-starter and works well without constant supervision
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including 3pm-12am or 2am-10am and normal business hours
