Call Center Representative
Ajilon is currently seeking Call Center Representatives to join our team! Work in a fast-paced environment and use your skills to help customers.
Call Center Representatives will be expected to take a high volume of calls (50-100 calls per day), sometimes with automatic dialiers. Our ideal canidate loves working with people, can stay cool and calm if a customer is angry, and aims to make sure the customers end the call happy. Proven track record at a call center is required!
Receive high volume inboud calls (50-100 calls daily)
Answer customer questions or direct them to the correct people
Light troubleshooting of mechanical or electrical products
Resolve customer issues or complaints
Recent experience in a call center, or in an office with high volume phone calls
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
Pay: $14.50 - $18.00/hr depending on experience and duties
Hours: M-F; 8am-5pm with an hour lunch
