Ajilon is looking for an outgoing and fun individual to join a great company in Louisville, KY as a Call Center representative. We are looking for someone who is energetic and really enjoys talking to and helping people out. You will be handling high call volumes and will need to be able to remain calm during these hours. Our ideal candidate will be someone who has previous experience working in a call center or have worked in an environment where multiple calls came in all at once. You should be customer focused, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast pace environment efficiently. You will be the first line of response and having a bubbly and warm personality is a must.
Customer Service Representative responsibilities:
Responding to all inbound calls as they come in
Making outbound calls as needed
Creating and maintain customer accounts
Direct customer to the correct department as needed
Customer Service requirements:
1-2 years’ experience in a call center or retail environment
Able to handle high call volumes
Knowledge using a multiline phone system
Proficient in Microsoft office products
Strong written and verbal communication
$15.00/ hr - $16/ hr
