Call Center Representative
Ajilon is proactively recruiting for a Call Center Representative for our Pittsburgh, PA client. You would be responsible for handling incoming calls and directing to appropriate parties, resolving customer issues, processing payments, and providing information regarding customer inquiries. • Identify customer needs and resolve issues promptly
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a fast-paced contact center
• Build and create customer relationships with the company
• Troubleshoot problems within multiple internal systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi task
• 1 year of call center experience
